Historic / Listed Building Restoration:
Listed buildings are protected under the planning (Listed buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990. The listings cover both the exterior and interior of the building dating before the 1st July 1948. Any alterations will need to be approved by the listed building planning department before the work is carried out.
Repairs to listed buildings must be carried out using traditional building techniques and materials. This may include working with lime putty and l.ime plaster. Our experienced local craftsmen carry out all repairs to historic and listed buildings to a very high standard returning the properties to their former glory.
